Situated in the heart of the Netherlands’ equestrian scene, a short distance from De Peelbergen and close to Belgium and Germany, lies Het Kleef Training Centre. A modern, professional facility where quality, horse welfare and elite sport come together. Under the leadership of Maarten Groen and Niels Roozen, Het Kleef has grown since 2025 into a leading training centre where quality, horse welfare and elite sport take centre stage. The 5-star rating (2025) under the FNRS quality policy underlines the high standards in terms of facilities, safety and welfare for both horse and rider.
Het Kleef Training Centre has 64 spacious horse stalls, each fitted with both an indoor and outdoor opening, ensuring that horses always remain in contact with their surroundings. Horse welfare is our top priority, without compromising on comfort or functionality. Every tenant has their own tack room and washing area. To ensure optimal performance, we offer high-quality training facilities, professional riding surfaces, paddocks and comprehensive facilities for the daily care and training of sport horses.
We regularly set up challenging show jumping courses, so that riders can train under competition-like conditions and prepare themselves to the full.
Our riding surfaces are maintained by a specialist with over 50 years’ experience in equestrian surfaces. This ensures you have a safe, consistent and high-quality training surface every single day
In 2025, Het Kleef Training Centre was awarded the maximum 5-star FNRS classification, the highest quality accolade in Dutch equestrian sport.
